Make a warranty claim

Coverage is 5 years on the compressor and 1 year on all other parts, from the date of purchase. If the display shows a code, check the error code lookup first; some have a quick fix.

Have these ready

Your order number and purchase date
The model and serial number from the unit's label
Any code on the display, and what the unit is doing
The installing contractor's name and license number
Photos or a short video of the problem, which you can attach to the email
