How it ships
Our mini split systems, which weigh from 124 to 225 lbs each, are shipped on a 40 x 48 pallet using carriers such as, but not limited to, South Eastern Freight Lines, FedEx Freight, AAA Cooper, Amazon Services or similar services.
All orders are processed and shipped on the same day or next business day. Most of our products usually arrive in 2 to 7 business days depending upon your location. Once your order has been shipped you will receive a shipping confirmation email which includes a tracking number. Your package can be tracked with this tracking number.
On delivery day
- Make sure someone can meet the driver, and plan help to move the box: packed mini split systems weigh 124 to 225 lbs.
- Before signing, look over the pallet and boxes for crushed corners, punctures or tipped packaging.
- If you see damage, note it on the delivery receipt before you sign, and take photos.
- Contact us with your order number and the photos.

Professional ductless mini split installation
We strongly recommend that the unit be installed by a licensed HVAC professional. The job involves refrigerant connections, a pressure test and vacuum, and a dedicated electrical circuit. Although it is rare, the warranty may not be honored if a unit is not professionally installed.
Register your warranty within 60 days of installation. Extra temperature and humidity display remote, available upon warranty registration.
