What this website collects
- Forms. When you submit a contact, quote, order, order status or warranty form, the details you typed are sent to our team at sales@classic-america.com by email, delivered through our email provider, Resend. Warranty registrations are also saved in our warranty records, kept in Google Sheets. If a form cannot send, you can choose to email the same details from your own email app instead.
- Your cart. Items you add to the cart are stored in your browser on your device, so they are still there when you come back. Clearing your browser data removes them.
- Calculators. The size, savings, install and window tools run entirely in your browser. What you enter is not sent to us.
- No accounts, analytics or tracking cookies. This site does not ask you to create an account and does not use advertising or analytics trackers.
- Server logs. Like any website, our hosting provider keeps standard technical logs, such as IP address and pages requested, to keep the site running and secure.
How we use what you send us
When you send us a form, we use the details to answer your question, process your order, register your warranty or handle a claim. We share delivery details with the freight carrier that ships your order.
Payments
This website does not take card details. Our sales team confirms each order and arranges payment by credit or debit card, PayPal or offline payment.
