Ordering and payment
Orders placed through this website are requests that our sales team confirms, including the total and freight, before payment is taken. We accept credit and debit cards, paypal, offline payments. Prices are in US dollars.
Shipping
All orders are processed and shipped on the same day or next business day. Most of our products usually arrive in 2 to 7 business days depending upon your location.
Our mini split systems, which weigh from 124 to 225 lbs each, are shipped on a 40 x 48 pallet using carriers such as, but not limited to, South Eastern Freight Lines, FedEx Freight, AAA Cooper, Amazon Services or similar services.
Cancellations and returns
You will receive a total refund for products purchased online if you cancel the sale before the merchandise is shipped.
You may return uninstalled merchandise, in original condition, within 30 days. Returns should include all packing materials, installation kits, remotes and other accessories. AC equipment must be shipped back palletized, shrink wrapped, strapped and secured safely to the pallet.
Once your return has been received at our warehouse, we will check and inspect the items within 1 week and the approved refund amount will be credited to the payment method you used.
Warranty
- Please register the product within 60 days of installation.
- 5 year warranty on compressor and 1 year warranty on all other parts from date of purchase.
- We strongly recommend that the unit be installed by an HVAC licensed professional.
- Although it is rare, we may refuse to honor the warranty if it is not professionally installed by a licensed contractor.

Installation
Mini split installation involves refrigerant and electrical work. We strongly recommend installation by a licensed HVAC professional, following the installation manual for your model and local codes.
Planning tools
The size, savings, install and window tools give planning estimates based on the ENERGY STAR sizing guide and published model ratings. They are not a Manual J load calculation or an electrical or code review.
