Once your order has been shipped you will receive a shipping confirmation email which includes a tracking number. Your package can be tracked with this tracking number.
Where to find your tracking number
- Search your inbox for the shipping confirmation email from Classic America. It has the tracking number and carrier.
- Mini split systems travel by freight on a pallet. Carriers include South Eastern Freight Lines, FedEx Freight, AAA Cooper, Amazon Services or similar services. Enter the number on the carrier's own tracking page.
- Ordered on Amazon? Track it from Your Orders in your Amazon account.
All orders are processed and shipped on the same day or next business day. Most of our products usually arrive in 2 to 7 business days depending upon your location.
