Mini Splits and Window Units

Mini splits, also known as ductless mini splits, are heating and cooling systems that do not require the use of ducts to distribute air throughout a building. Instead, they consist of an outdoor unit, called a condenser, and one or more indoor units, called air handlers or evaporator coils, that are mounted on walls or ceilings. The indoor and outdoor units are connected by a conduit that houses the power cable, refrigerant tubing, and a condensate drain.

Mini splits are ideal for homes or buildings that do not have ductwork or have limited space for ducts, or for specific rooms or areas that need independent temperature control. They are also a great option for home additions, garages, and for spot cooling or heating.
